Please join us in welcoming the new director of the Mon Yough Community Singers, Mr. Benjamin (Ben) Filippone. Ben comes to us from Monroeville, PA and has an extensive background in choral directing, voice and preparation.

About Us!

The Mon Yough Community Singers is a non-sectarian group of singers from the Mon Valley area and surrounding communities. We perform for local civic groups, religious and community organizations and private events.

We are comprised of singers from all denominations, gender, color, creed and age groups.

Our singing calendar consists of a fall holiday season starting in September with a short break after Christmas. We hold an annual holiday party. We continue our season shortly after Christmas which includes a state-wide competition in June. We conduct our summer picnic usually in July. We take a short summer break and continue singing year-round.

We are honored that you are visiting our web site. We are always striving to find new ways to get our message out to current and prospective members. This web site allows us to reach people we may never have been able to contact before.
